الوصف الوظيفيManage and oversee end-to-end loan processing and approval activities Evaluate loan applications and assess borrower creditworthiness Verify financial documents, income proofs, and credit reports Ensure compliance with lending policies, RBI guidelines, and internal procedures Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth processing Monitor loan disbursements and ensure timely documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and channel partners Handle customer queries and resolve loan-related issues efficiently Track loan performance and manage delinquent or overdue accounts Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of loan files and records Prepare MIS, loan reports, and portfolio analysis Support business development and achievement of loan targets Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions Train, guide, and support loan officers and team members Ensure ethical lending practices and high customer satisfaction Experience in loan processing, credit assessment, or banking operations Strong understanding of lending policies and compliance standards Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Willingness to relocate and work overseas
