We’re hunting for someone who actually knows their way around real estate accounting—none of that “learning on the job” jazz. If you’re the type who can dive in, get your hands dirty, and doesn’t need someone breathing down your neck every five minutes, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll actually do

Because bullet points are boring

• Juggle accounts receivable and payable, all that fun stuff that comes with property deals.
• Tame the beast that is bank reconciliation, and whip up financial reports that actually make sense.
• Deal with VAT filings and keep things kosher with UAE tax rules—no one wants the taxman knocking.
• Help out when the auditors come poking around, and keep the paperwork tight.
• You’ll be chatting with property management and leasing folks, so don’t be a hermit.
