Responsibilities Assist in sourcing products and negotiating with suppliers for pricing quality and delivery timelines Prepare purchase orders maintain procurement records and update inventory systems Track and follow up on order status shipments and delivery schedules Coordinate with warehouse logistics and ecommerce teams to ensure stock availability Monitor inventory levels and assist in demand forecasting for online sales Support vendor management quotation evaluation and product comparison Handle documentation invoices GRNs and supplier payments coordination Resolve order discrepancies delays and quality issues Assist in data entry product listing updates and SKU management for ecommerce platforms Requirements Previous experience as a Purchase Assistant Procurement Coordinator or similar role Ecommerce experience preferred Strong understanding of online retail operations stock control and procurement processes Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management ERP tools Good communication and negotiation skills Attention to detail accuracy and ability to multitask Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
