Senior Project Manager

An amazing Middle East award winning architectural studio is seeking a senior project manager for airport development to join its team in Dubai.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your architectural background with project management skills, playing a pivotal role in shaping a critical piece of infrastructure.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the overall project management of the new airport development, ensuring it meets all budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Oversee the design team, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other consultants to create a functional, efficient and aesthetically pleasing airport facility.
• Manage all project documentation, including contracts, budgets, schedules and risk assessments.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, regulatory agencies and airlines.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations and aviation industry standards.
