We are seeking a skilled Legal Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of legal principles and be adept at handling a variety of legal matters. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide legal counsel on corporate and litigation matters
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Represent clients in court proceedings
Collaborate with senior partners on complex legal cases

Skills :

Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and negotiation abilities

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification.

years of experience as a Legal Associate or in a similar legal role.

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
