The BHS Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the behavioral health services department, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing leadership to a team of professionals. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in the behavioral health field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavioral health strategies and policies.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the behavioral health services department.

Skills and Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in behavioral health management or a related field.Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of mental health policies, regulations, and standards.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making.Experience with program development and evaluation.Crisis management skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations.Skills Required
