Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Lead to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on client projects in Dubai while being a critical part of Bizinso’s growth journey. Initial training will take place in Mumbai to familiarize you with project requirements, followed by permanent relocation to Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution : Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Client Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring satisfaction.
• Team Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and designers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Risk Management : Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
• Technical Expertise : Provide technical guidance to teams and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
