Senior Interior Designer Lead

Archibat HR Asia is looking for a Senior Interior Designer Lead for an Award Winning Interior Design Studio to be based in their Abu Dhabi office, which focuses on Residential, Workplace, Hospitality, Commercial, and F&B projects.

Ideal Profile :

• Lead interior designer with experience in residential plots (ideally working on real estate development projects), and strong background of concept storytelling.
• The Lead interior designer will be In-charge of creative concept design presentations, attending weekly meetings with client, coordinating with client’s subconsultants (MEP, arch, Lighting etc..), with internal design team, BIM & 3d team, liaising with the technical team, reviewing all sets of drawings from Schematic until IFC, FF&E selection, specifying all interior finishes, FF&E and client presentations.

Requirements :

Bachelor / Master Degrees in Interior Design or related.– Must have experience in Residential projects.– Creative Design thinking skills, ability to create strong concept stories draw and review all sets of drawings.

8-12yrs of international exp working for reputed global design firms.

Exp and knowledge in managing a team of designers, 3D, and CAD operators.– Exp and knowledge in both internal and external coordination with subconsultants.– Candidate must have knowledge on full set of plans from Concept to IFC, FF&E suppliers (wall finishes & textures, floor finishes, FF&E, acoustic ceilings etc..)

Excellent skills in English (written and spoken)

Strong in concept design, hand-sketching skills is a plus. Position to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
