Instructor Pilot (AW139 / H145)

Rishworth is currently looking for  AW139 / H145 Instructor Pilots  who will be in charge of training new pilots in accordance with both regulatory and organizational requirements.

This is a position based in Abu Dhabi which requires relocation. Mobility assistance will be provided for successful incumbents.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver ground and flight training on helicopter systems, maneuvers, and emergency procedures in compliance with aviation regulations.
• Evaluate pilot performance through flight checks, simulator sessions, and provide feedback for skill development.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.

Develop and update training materials, incorporating best practices and new technologies.

Job Requirements

ELP : Level 5 or higher
