The Role :

You will be responsible for :

  • Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.
  • Marketing properties available for sale or lease.
  • Organising viewings and responding to queries.
  • All aspects of tenancy and lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals, and terminations.
  • Managing and administering lease compliance, documentation, etc.
  • Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
  • Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction.
  • Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO / SEM, demand generation, and leads generation.
  • Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.
  • Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and / or localise communications and marketing activities.
  • Planning and executing CRM, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Using customer insights to construct effective CRM campaigns.
  • Measuring, monitoring, and analysing effectiveness of email marketing activities against goals (ROI & KPIs).
  • Analysing content traffic metrics and effectiveness of campaigns and messaging to explore ways of improving content marketing ROI.
  • Managing a team of 1-5 people.

    • Ideal Profile :

  • You have at least 2 years of experience ideally in Marketing Communications or Property Marketing / Leasing within the Real Estate industry.
  • You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised, and can multi-task effectively.
  • Experience within the industry would be a strong advantage.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
