HSE Manager

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance for Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or a relevant field), be a Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor , and hold NEBOSH certification . A minimum of 15 years of total experience , including at least 5 years as an HSE Manager in Oil & Gas projects , is required. Preference will be given to candidates with ADNOC / DUSUP or similar Oil & Gas company experience and approval as an HSE Manager .

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and conduct internal / external audits.
• Promote a strong safety culture by providing training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Conduct incident investigations, root cause analyses, and develop preventive measures.
• Work closely with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into planning and execution.
• Maintain and update HSE documentation, reports, and records in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC, DUSUP, or similar Oil & Gas company safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders regarding HSE matters.
