Overview

Export sales leadership role in FMCG with responsibility for international markets, distributor networks, and multi-million USD export portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for exports from multiple production bases (India, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Serbia, etc.) to international destinations.
  • Develop and implement export sales strategies and budgeting processes, including value chain models and ROI tracking.
  • Manage market spendings (trade activations) and drive distribution KPIs, channel management, and JBP (joint business planning).
  • Develop and expand market presence through NPDs, new product launches, and market expansions.
  • Build and maintain distributor / stockist networks across Asia and / or Africa; track large export sales portfolios (multi-million USD).
  • Work with GM and director levels; manage relationships with international buyers and cross-functional teams.
  • Travel internationally as required to export markets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Min 15 years of experience in B2B business and sales orders cycle.
  • Min 12 years of experience in sales forecast accuracy for primary and secondary sales.
  • Min 15 years of experience managing market spendings (trade activations) and ROI.
  • Deep knowledge of market expansions, NPDs (new product developments), new product launches, JBP (joint business planning), distribution management / KPIs, and channel management.
  • Strong budgeting, financials, and value chain modeling experience.
  • Experience working with multinational teams and diverse cultures; background in dealing with GM and director levels.
  • Proficient in MS tools and reporting systems; strong financial planning and analytical skills.
  • Experience in FMCG (Food & Beverage) industry; export sales experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade laws, EXIM policies, documentation & compliance; ability to manage large export portfolios.
  • Willingness for international travel; based out of Dubai preferred.
  • Must have a proven network with FMCG buyers and a track record in exporting from India to other countries, especially South Asia and Europe.
  • Additional Notes

    Candidate should preferably be based in Dubai. Willingness to travel to export markets as required.
