A leading FMCG company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to drive business growth across Africa This is a strategic leadership role requiring a strong commercial mindset a deep understanding of African markets and a proven track record in FMCG sales Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market share across key African regions Build and manage relationships with distributors retailers and key stakeholders Identify new business opportunities channels and partnerships to drive revenue growth Lead and mentor a highperforming sales team to achieve and exceed targets Monitor market trends competitor activity and consumer behaviour to inform strategy Work closely with marketing supply chain and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans Extensive experience in FMCG sales with a strong focus on African markets Proven ability to lead and scale sales operations across multiple countries Strong network within distributors retailers and key accounts Ability to navigate diverse regulatory and cultural landscapes across Africa Excellent leadership negotiation and strategic planning skills Willingness to travel extensively across the region
