The Role

Position Title : Waitstaff - Italian Restaurant (5 Vacancies) Employment Type : Full Time Salary : up to 6.3K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus service charge, tips and upselling incentives Benefits : Yearly flight ticket Job Location : Dubai, UAE About the Client : A new Italian restaurant operated by a prestigious luxury 5-star hotel in the heart of Dubai, celebrated for its outstanding service and world-class hospitality. Job Description :

Greet and seat guests warmly, present menus, and attend to guests’ needs promptly and courteously throughout their dining experience.
Understand the Italian cuisine offerings, daily specials, and beverage pairings to effectively guide and upsell guests.
Accurately take food and beverage orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar staff, and deliver dishes promptly and with attention to presentation.
Ensure the dining area is clean, tables are properly set and comply with hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Requirements

Open to European, CIS and Arabic nationalities preferably 38 years old and below

Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferred, especially in Italian cuisine settings.

Knowledgeable in Italian cuisine including dishes, ingredients, and wines is an advantage

Must have good and clear English communication skills with knowledge in upselling and profiling
