Seeking a friendly professional and knowledgeable Concierge to enhance our guests experience by providing exceptional customer service personalized assistance and local expertise The Concierge will handle guest inquiries assist with reservations and ensure a memorable stay or visit Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor Provide guests with information about hotel amenities local attractions dining options transportation and other services Assist guests with reservations booking tours transportation and event tickets Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously Maintain uptodate knowledge of local events attractions and services Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk and work area Assist in managing guest complaints and feedback to improve service quality Promote and sell hotel amenities and services when appropriate Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent hospitalityrelated education is a plus Previous experience in customer service hospitality or concierge roles preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of local attractions transportation and services Proficiency in reservation and management software Multilingual abilities are an advantage Friendly approachable and professional attitude Ability to handle stressful situations with tact and discretion Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
