Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate precast concrete production and installation on site Assign daily tasks to precast workers and monitor their performance Ensure all precast elements are manufactured handled and installed according to design specifications and quality standards Maintain safety standards and compliance on site Coordinate with engineers contractors and other stakeholders for smooth workflow Identify and resolve onsite issues promptly Maintain accurate records of work progress and manpower
