About the role

You will serve as the strategic and academic head of school, ensuring a safe, inclusive, high‑performing environment aligned with KHDA / CBSE guidelines and the UAE National Agenda. You’ll drive curriculum and assessment excellence, uplift student outcomes, and build a culture of wellbeing and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

• Set and execute the school’s vision, mission, and strategy (SEF and improvement plans).
• Lead teaching, learning, curriculum, assessment, and extracurricular programmes.
• Raise attainment and progress; embed data‑informed practices.
• Foster strong parent engagement and community partnerships.
• Implement robust performance management and staff development (CPD).
• Ensure compliance, health & safety, and efficient operations.
• Provide turnaround leadership across Pre‑KG to Grade 12.
