Our Team

At Porsche, the Human Resources department manages the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. The team oversees HR operations, onboarding, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and Porsche standards. HR also leads key initiatives to enhance employee experience, engagement, and development across the organization.

What to expect?

• You support daily HR operations in collaboration with the HR Manager and HR Advisor
• You maintain personnel records and employee data in SuccessFactors
• You prepare HR documents such as letters, contracts, and certificates
• You assist with recruitment activities, including job postings and interview coordination
• You handle onboarding documentation and visa administration processes
• You liaise with external partners such as insurance vendors and the PRO
• You create HR reports and presentations for management
• You manage the full intern program lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
• You respond to employee queries and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
• You contribute to HR projects such as process mapping and system rollouts
• You occasionally support front office operations by covering the HQ reception desk when required.

LOCALLY LIVING STUDENTS (ALREADY IN UAE)
• Internship with one of the world’s most luxury car brands
• 3, AED per month (inclusive of transport allowance)
• Working visa and health insurance (if needed)
• 5 Days Annual Leave

What sets you apart?

• You have a passion for cars and a strong interest in the Porsche brand
• You have a background in HR, CIPD, or a related field of university studies
• You have excellent oral and written English communication skills
• You have advanced knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• You have strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work
• You have the ability to quickly grasp new tasks and processes
• You have an independent work style and strong self-management skills
• You are available for a 6-month internship period (23 February - 28 August )
