Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field 5 years of experience in procurement within the construction or real estate industry Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Knowledge of procurement procedures contracts and sourcing strategies Proficiency in ERP procurement modules and MS Office Excellent communication and organizational skills Responsibilities Identify and evaluate suppliers and vendors for quality cost and delivery Prepare and issue RFQs RFPs and purchase orders Negotiate prices terms and contracts with suppliers Coordinate with project teams to determine procurement needs Track procurement status and ensure timely delivery of materials and services Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation Monitor market trends and sourcing opportunities Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements Manage procurement budgets and report on procurement activities Resolve supplier issues and manage supplier relationships
