Business Development Manager Dubai (m / f)

We are currently looking for a strategic-minded and self-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate the business expansion efforts and showcase the brilliance of Czech crystal in Dubai and Middle East region. We take pride in our heritage of craftsmanship and elegance, let´s illuminate the path to your future career and success together!

What You’ll Get to Do :

  • Work with the leading provider of Bohemian Crystal masterpieces for the most prestigious projects around the globe
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate the Middle East markets
  • Establish vision, create business plan and set strategic direction to achieve the goals
  • Run the initiatives to elevate the brand presence and promote the best name and fame of our company
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the key stakeholders to drive sales
  • Conduct the market analysis, researches to identify opportunities and anticipate trends
  • Interact in a truly international business and get the most benefits for the future company´s profit

What You’ll Bring :

  • Fluency in English and ideally also Czech
  • Proven track record of success in business development (experience min. 3 years), preferably within the luxury goods or lighting industry
  • International mindset and understanding the local market
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with ability to drive results, meet targets and adapt to evolving market conditions
  • Passion for innovation, creativity and high level of commitment
  • Team spirit, mature personality and high-level interpersonal skills
