We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inspector - Dry Utilities to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of dry utility installations, including electricity, natural gas, and telecommunications systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of dry utility installations, including underground and above-ground systems
- Verify compliance with local, national, and international codes and regulations
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Identify and report potential issues, defects, or safety hazards
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve technical issues
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Perform quality control checks on materials and equipment used in dry utility installations
- Stay updated on industry standards, technological advancements, and best practices
- Participate in project meetings and provide expert advice on dry utility matters
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times
