Senior Systems Engineer BMS

Interface with customers in all technical related issues Analyze customer problems and resolve and close customer complaints as per assignment from the Engineering Manage Make proper Hardware Software selection for technical solutions Report on the status of the customer service provided to the engineering Manager Prepare Engineering Software Hardware design documents for review by the lead engineer on the project Undertake the implementation and coding of software solutions Undertake the testing process including all internal workshop factory acceptance testing FAT and site acceptance testing SAT Prepare and submit weekly activity reports to the team leader Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the team leader on a given project Personal Skills Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Excellent analytical problemsolving skills Excellent command of verbal and written English Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment is crucial Ability to multitask and manage numerous projects simultaneously Must be able to learn understand and apply new technologies Technical Skills Bachelor of Engineering with a Specialization in Mechatronics Electrical or Communication Engineering You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position 35 Years of Experience Strong knowledge of BMS Security Systems Integration Hands on experience with communication protocols such as BACnet Modbus Experience in System testing validation stakeholder coordination
