We are currently seeking dynamic and results-driven General Insurance Advisors to join our high-performing onshore sales team and contribute to our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and respond promptly to inbound inquiries regarding general insurance products.
- Understand client needs, assess requirements, and recommend suitable insurance solutions in line with underwriting guidelines.
- Utilize strong consulting and negotiation skills to convert leads into successful policy sales.
- Prepare and present insurance quotations clearly and confidently, ensuring prospects are well-informed before decision-making.
- Follow up diligently with prospects to secure policy issuance and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional service throughout the sales cycle from initial inquiry to policy activation.
- Ensure each client receives clear, transparent, and compliant communication at every stage.
- Build long-term client relationships by delivering post-sale service and renewal assistance when required.
Operational & Compliance Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and policy details in the internal CRM system.Ensure all sales activities comply with Insurance Authority regulations, company policies, and insurer guidelines.Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams to expedite policy issuance and resolve queries efficiently.Desired Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university (mandatory).1-2 years of proven success in telesales or direct sales, preferably within the insurance, banking, or financial services sector.1-2 years of prior experience in general insurance sales will be a strong advantage.Technical & Soft Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; other languages will be an added asset.Strong convincing, closing, and negotiation abilities with a consultative approach.Excellent phone etiquette, professional tone, and a customer-focused demeanor.Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.Flexible mindset, open to process innovation, and continuous improvement.Personality Traits
