الوصف الوظيفيCreate, manage, and grow Company’s presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok). Develop creative and engaging content tailored to each platform. Monitor and respond to audience interactions promptly to build community engagement. Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Write engaging and persuasive copy for digital campaigns, newsletters, and the company website. Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and campaign execution. Conduct keyword research to improve website content and increase organic traffic. Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search engines. Monitor and report on SEO performance, making adjustments as needed. Plan and execute paid digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Monitor campaign budgets, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. Create targeted ads and manage retargeting campaigns to boost conversions. Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and retention. Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics to optimize performance. Track KPIs and generate detailed performance reports for digital marketing activities. Use tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and social media insights to gather data and present findings to stakeholders. Proactively recommend adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management. Proven track record of running successful digital campaigns. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media algorithms. Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Klavio, Canva). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to think strategically.

This role involves managing social media channels, optimizing digital content, running targeted ad campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI.
