Waiter / ess (Seasonal) - F&B Service - Jumeirah Al Naseem, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional service, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
• Ensuring timely delivery of food and maintaining the cleanliness of guest tables through pre-bussing and resetting.
• Assisting guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Receiving orders and serving guests in a personalized way and with attention to detail.
• Preparing tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.
• Communicating order details to the Kitchen Staff.
• Managing the payment process for customers e.g., process card payments, collect the bill payments.
• Collaborating with servers, bartenders, and management to uphold seamless service quality.
• Greeting guests warmly and engaging with them to enhance their dining experience.
• Assisting with maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including stock levels of service items and ensuring safety standards.
• Actively addressing and reporting guest concerns to management to ensure quick resolution.
