Waiter / ess (Seasonal) - F&B Service - Jumeirah Al Naseem, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional service, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
- Ensuring timely delivery of food and maintaining the cleanliness of guest tables through pre-bussing and resetting.
- Assisting guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Receiving orders and serving guests in a personalized way and with attention to detail.
- Preparing tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.
- Communicating order details to the Kitchen Staff.
- Managing the payment process for customers e.g., process card payments, collect the bill payments.
- Collaborating with servers, bartenders, and management to uphold seamless service quality.
- Greeting guests warmly and engaging with them to enhance their dining experience.
- Assisting with maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including stock levels of service items and ensuring safety standards.
- Actively addressing and reporting guest concerns to management to ensure quick resolution.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
Proven experience in a similar position in Japanese Cuisine is a must.Positive, outgoing personality with a strong passion for guest interaction and hospitalityAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work collaboratively with the team.Understanding of food safety standards and adherence to cleanliness protocolsStrong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow in a luxury setting.Seniority level
