What You?ll Be Doing

  • Leading the charge in steering our cryptoasset products through the complex regulatory landscape
  • Driving business compliance across all crypto entities and supporting crypto expansion into new markets
  • Providing expert compliance advice to business and product teams
  • Bridging the gap between business and compliance, ensuring effective collaboration
  • Identifying and mitigating compliance risks proactively
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build policies that balance growth with legal requirements
  • Equipping product teams with the tools and knowledge to integrate compliance into their work
  • Managing a team of Business Compliance Managers

What You?ll Need

  • A degree from a top-tier university
  • 7+ years of experience in regulatory and business compliance
  • Experience in a top-tier bank or fast-growing technology company
  • Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis, policy creation, and implementation
  • Understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
  • Ability to analyse and interpret complex data
  • Highly adaptable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience managing teams
  • Track record of outstanding achievement across areas
