The Assistant Security Manager supports the Security Manager in developing implementing and overseeing security operations to ensure the safety of personnel property and information The role involves supervising security staff coordinating security procedures and responding to incidents proactively Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing security policies and procedures Supervise and coordinate security staff and patrols Monitor security systems such as CCTV alarms and access controls Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments Respond promptly to security incidents and coordinate appropriate actions Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as needed Maintain security records reports and logs Train security personnel on protocols and emergency procedures Assist in developing security strategies aligned with organizational goals Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations Qualifications Skills Bachelors degree in Security Management Criminal Justice or related field Proven experience in security management or law enforcement preferred Knowledge of security systems and protocols Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions Physical fitness and readiness for patrol duties
