CEO, Digital Asset Treasury & Strategic Investments

Our client is a leading Bitcoin mining and digital infrastructure company entering a new growth phase focused on digital asset treasury management and strategic investments.

Having built a strong foundation in Bitcoin mining operations, the company has now acquired multiple listed entities and aims to evolve into a next-generation digital asset holding group—inspired by pioneers like MicroStrategy, combining operational excellence in mining with forward-looking treasury and capital-market strategies.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary CEO to lead this transformation. This individual will act as the public face of the company—representing it across media, investor, and institutional networks—while driving the strategic direction, investment philosophy, and capital positioning of the group.

You will be responsible for expanding visibility across global financial and crypto markets, shaping corporate narratives, and building trust among investors, regulators, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic & Business Leadership
• Define and execute the company’s digital asset treasury strategy, optimizing Bitcoin holdings and exploring adjacent investment opportunities in Web3 infrastructure, DeFi, and AI-linked digital assets.
• Lead the evolution from a pure mining operation to a diversified digital asset investment and treasury management platform.
• Identify and evaluate M&A and partnership opportunities, including listed-company acquisitions and strategic collaborations.
• Ensure compliance, transparency, and sound governance across all investment and operational activities.
• Public Representation & Market Positioning
• Serve as the primary spokesperson and thought leader of the company across global events, conferences, and media appearances.
• Establish the company’s brand as a credible, visionary leader at the intersection of Bitcoin, finance, and innovation.
• Build strong relationships with investors, analysts, regulators, and crypto industry leaders.
• Lead public communications, including quarterly updates, press releases, and investor presentations.
• Investor Relations & Capital Strategy
• Engage institutional investors, funds, and family offices to promote the company’s strategic direction and attract long-term capital partners.
• Oversee the company’s public market narrative, financial communications, and valuation positioning.
• Partner with the board and CFO to optimize treasury allocation, liquidity management, and capital efficiency.
