Real Estate Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in property development to lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in branding, project launches, market research, digital campaigns, and stakeholder engagement within the real estate or property sector.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for property developments from pre-launch through post-handover stages.
• Oversee branding and positioning of new developments in coordination with consultants, architects, and internal teams.
• Lead marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor media, and event activations, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer profiling to guide project pricing and targeting strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts generate high-quality leads and conversions.
• Manage development of all marketing collateral : brochures, floor plans, 3D renders, and project videos.
• Coordinate sales center designs, mock-up units, and on-site marketing experiences.
• Oversee digital presence (website, social media, SEO / SEM, CRM integration).
• Manage relationships with agencies, media, branding consultants, and PR firms.
• Track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI; adjust strategies accordingly.
• Plan and execute events : project launches, exhibitions, roadshows, investor presentations.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulations and align with brand guidelines.
