As the Engineering Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance tasks, lead a team of engineers, and guarantee that all facilities are in optimal condition for guests and staff alike.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all engineering maintenance activities within the resort
• Conduct regular inspections of all mechanical and electrical systems to ensure operational efficiency
• Lead and train a team of engineers and technicians on best practices and safety standards
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
• Manage the budget and procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
