Job Description

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking a Concierge Agent to join our team. As a Concierge, you will provide five-star services to our guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met with creativity and professionalism.

Mandarin Oriental is renowned for luxury hotels and resorts worldwide, inspired by Asian heritage and offering exceptional service. Located beachfront in Dubai, our hotel offers a relaxed yet luxurious experience with stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to identify their preferences and needs.
• Proactively anticipate guest requirements to enhance their experience.
• Provide directions and travel information to guests.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Maintain records of guest requests and reservations using concierge software.
• Communicate important information to management and team members.
• Assist with booking sightseeing, dining, and entertainment activities.
• Help guests with airline bookings and transportation arrangements.
• Provide detailed knowledge of Dubai and surrounding regions, including transportation, dining, and attractions.
• Build relationships with guests to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Ensure service standards are met in accordance with company policies.
