Architectural Technicians/Technologists

We’re looking for Architectural Technicians/Technologists to play a critical role delivering project documentation and technical excellence for a portfolio that spans commercial, mixed-use, civic and hospitality sectors throughout the Middle East. This role offers the opportunity to contribute technical expertise across a diverse range of innovative architecture projects. The successful candidate will play a key part in the preparation of project documentation, technical detailing, and quality assurance. Duties and responsibilities Assist architects with all aspects of design development, from concept through to completion of projects. Ensure compliance with local authorities and relevant codes, applying appropriate standards such as BS or equivalent. Oversee technical detailing and the preparation of construction documents for a wide variety of project types. Collaborate with consultants and coordinate multidisciplinary design packages. Review drawings for quality and completeness prior to submission. Participate in the management of regulatory approvals and submissions to external stakeholders. Contribute to mentoring and supporting junior staff members within the team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology. At least 6 years’ professional experience in an architectural practice, with CIAT registration preferred. Excellent proficiency in industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD and Revit. Strong communication, organisational, and team collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving ability and a keen eye for detail.
