We are looking for driven and dynamic Sales Executives to join our growing team and help us expand our client base in the UAE market.

Tasks

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for specialized maintenance services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across commercial, residential, retail, and industrial sectors.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay ahead.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in facilities management, specialized cleaning, or maintenance services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• UAE market knowledge and existing client network is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
