What you will do with your expertise and our support :

Responsible for all pre-sales activities pertaining their personal accounts and / or their local designated team’s activities and management — this includes developing bids and integrated solutions, in collaboration with technical PMs & Presales department. Presents to clients proposed solutions and manages clients’ expectations and requirements. Manages key accounts and develops them.

Responsibilities

  • Manages Presales personnel, monitoring their activities, providing support & guidance when needed.
  • Participates in sales calls with colleagues when needed.
  • Develops technical design and commercial pricing for the presales team.
  • Suggests discounts, margins, & presentations of the presales team, and provides guidance on the same when needed.
  • Keeps records and organizes reporting back to the director on all presales activities.
  • Provides strategic feedback & input on presales activities.
  • Organizes the presales team leaves & vacations in coordination with HR department.
  • Participates in recruiting new presales personnel.
  • Monitors & develops their own team.
  • Coordinates & provides data on training requirements for their teams.
  • Coordinates with other departments on ongoing projects, bids, troubleshooting & any activity that might require input.
  • Be available for traveling, meeting new clients, and site surveying even in harsh conditions.
  • Gets brief from client on required solution(s), obtains available documentation, contacts consultants (if applicable), conducts site visits if possible.
  • Opens new accounts & establishes relationships with clients & suppliers.
  • System design based on client’s requirements – the design includes setting specifications of hardware, software, technical drawings and IT infrastructure for the solution; may include power, mechanical and electrical requirements for project execution.
  • Commercial aspects of each project including BoQ production, recommending optimal software and hardware and pricing, and negotiating terms with the client.
  • Technical submittal of the solution in the form of technical and commercial bid / proposal.
  • Meeting with clients to clarify project dynamics, timelines, execution, planning, etc.
  • Briefs PM on all aspects of the project and hands over all documentation, client contacts and other aspects for commencement of project execution.
  • Interacts with the PM and client as required to ensure follow up on project execution and delivery.
  • Assists AutoCad section in preparing final solution drawings.
  • Supports in any required business development with potential or repeat clients.
  • Manage key accounts and advise on their approach strategy.
  • Provide feedback on the general performance of MVP inside key accounts.
  • Advise and implement action steps to maintain relationships and retain sales growth in key accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors of Engineering (Electronics or CS related) or BA in business or equivalent
  • Master’s Degree or vendor certifications are considered advantageous
  • Excellent Knowledge in the relevant markets
  • Excellent Business Communication skills
  • Languages (Specified per country & Market)
  • Technical knowledge in Security Industry, networking
  • Presentable & Dynamic
  • Working Conditions

  • Frequent travel may be required (local, regional, and international).
  • Flexibility to work across time zones based on global account locations.
  • Experience & Seniority

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT security solution design and execution
  • Must have UAE Market experience; knowledge of GCC is advantageous
