Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and extending job offers.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as part of the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and job fairs to promote Meraki Group as an employer of choice.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with various recruitment techniques, including social media and modern sourcing strategies.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
