Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored job descriptions.
• Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and extending job offers.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications as part of the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and job fairs to promote Meraki Group as an employer of choice.
