Klickl is a Web3-native financial platform redefining the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. With strong roots in the UAE, MEA and SEA regions, Klickl offers seamless crypto on / off-ramping, virtual IBAN accounts, and cross-border payment solutions. The company also has major partnerships with Checkout.com, Zand Bank, and Aptos Labs positioning it as a major PayFi player in the upcoming cycle.

The KLK Foundation is the entity responsible for issuing and stewarding the $KLK token soon to be listed on major global exchanges (planned for 2025). Its mission is to drive token adoption beyond the Klickl group of companies, enabling external integrations, partnerships, and use cases across the broader Web3 landscape. Through governance, token economics, and community engagement, the Foundation aligns user incentives and empowers developers, merchants, and institutions to build with KLK across diverse ecosystems.

Role Overview

We are looking to add a strategic and visionary member to the team to become the Head of KLK Foundation and lead the growth and execution of the Foundation. The ideal candidate will drive impact at both strategic and operational levels — overseeing token design, ecosystem expansion, community engagement, and third-party adoption. You will act as the interface between Klickl’s infrastructure and the broader blockchain community, converting the KLK token into a widely adopted digital utility beyond Klickl’s core user base.

To illustrate the above point, the KLK token’s current utility is to drive the utilization of the Klickl retail card and payment capabilities (in the form of cashback or staking to enable new features / increase spend limit). The organization has the ambition to grow the utility of the token beyond the Klickl OpCo itself, and for it to be directly used in external platforms (e.g., as a form of direct payment in 3rd party Web3 Dapps or only mean to acquire exclusive NFT collections on 3rd party marketplaces). The role of the Foundation Head will be to source, design and close major partnerships that will grow the KLK utility beyond its core usage within Klickl.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and manage KLK token’s utility, staking model, and broader economic design.
• Develop and execute the KLK ecosystem roadmap — targeting third-party use cases, merchant integrations, and Web3 project adoption.
• Launch and manage community incentive programs, grants, or co-marketing initiatives to support ecosystem growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Foundation activities — working closely with Klickl leadership, investors, and partners.
• Lead token listing strategies and exchange relationships globally.
• Represent KLK Foundation in Web3 forums, events, and cross-ecosystem discussions.
• Ensure token mechanics align with user experience and Klickl’s payment infrastructure.
