Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (13+ years of experience) with strong expertise in the Banking & Financial Services domain. The candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure successful delivery of banking transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Lead requirement workshops, gap analysis, and impact assessments for new banking initiatives.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria .
• Act as a key liaison between business units, regulatory teams, and IT delivery teams .
• Ensure solutions align with banking compliance, regulatory, and risk frameworks .
• Support testing teams by validating requirements, reviewing test cases, and conducting UAT sessions.
• Contribute to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives within banking.
• Provide domain expertise in areas like Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, AML / KYC, Treasury, and Compliance .
