Job Description

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities :

  • Engage with Prospects : Make outbound calls to potential clients and candidates, introducing Black & Grey HR’s services and opportunities.
  • Identify Opportunities : Research and qualify leads through cold calls, follow-ups, and database outreach.
  • Build Lasting Relationships : Nurture strong client and candidate connections, setting the stage for long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with recruiters and account managers to align communication strategies with business needs.
  • Track and Report : Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and feedback in our CRM and ATS.
  • Drive Results : Consistently meet and exceed call targets, conversion rates, and performance goals.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience : Prior work experience as a Telemarketer, Telesales Representative or similar role.
  • Communication Expertise : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional tone.
  • Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM systems, ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit experience is a plus) and MS Office tools.
  • Goal-Oriented : Self-motivated, resilient and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Organizational Skills : Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (or currently pursuing final semester). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Basic understanding of marketing and sales concepts. - Proficient in MS Office and familiar with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). - A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
