Responsibilities :

  • Set up and lead the sales department effectively.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies leveraging brokerage and partnership networks.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
  • Resolve conflicts with clients and provide VIP client support.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Represent the company professionally within the industry.
  • Promote branding strategies to enhance the company's market influence.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with real estate agencies and brokers.
  • Formulate and execute business development strategies, leading and educating the team for positive outcomes.
  • Establish a systematic sales process.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and maximize prospective clients and customers.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in sales within the UAE real estate industry.
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English.
  • Currently based in the UAE.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and managerial skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Director in Real Estate Development.
  • Strong people management, hiring, and coaching skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
