Associate Consultant

We’re looking for someone with all the skills to deliver outstanding Network Operation support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborating with network architects to design and implement functional company networks.

• Installing and configuring networking hardware.

• Creating and implementing network security measures.

• Conducting regular network performance tests.

• Dealing with escalated network support issues.

• Drawing up network status reports.

KEY SKILLS

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships

• Ability to investigate, identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently

• Ability to self-organize within a team environment

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on work experience in Networking

• CCNA/CCNP Level experience.

• ITIL V2/V3 Foundations certification will be an added advantage.
