About the Role

The Associate Creative Director (ACD) will support the Creative Director in leading the creative vision and execution of campaigns, branding, and event activations. The ACD will mentor teams, ensure creative alignment with strategy, and maintain excellence in all deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, branding, and campaign ideas aligned with client goals.
• Prepare and present pitch decks and creative presentations.
• Oversee creative development from ideation to final execution.
• Ensure projects align with brand positioning and design excellence.
• Mentor and provide feedback to creative teams.
• Supervise design, copywriting, and multimedia teams for high-quality output.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, design, and brand identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and delivery.
• Stay current with creative industry trends, technologies, and cultural insights.
• Participate in post-project evaluations and maintain creative archives.
