Overview
We are hiring a Financing Supervisor who will be accountable for managing the full spectrum of financing and accounting, including leading the accounting team. You will support stakeholders by providing timely MIS reporting and creating budgets that maintain healthy working capital to run the business successfully.
Responsibilities
- Protect favorable cash flow and ensure timely reporting of any deficiencies in cash management.
- Manage the overall accounting processes to preserve proper books of accounts for reliable financial control based on corporate standards and local statutory requirements.
- Develop financial models as required using appropriate tools to analyze project costs, profits and risks.
- Oversee annual budget preparation, regular projections and routine financial analysis to support management decisions.
- Standardize accounting timetables and implement quality review procedures.
- Prepare and apply accounting treatments based on IFRS and ensure compliance with IFRS through established policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to optimize financial and accounting processes and systems; consolidate improvements at the department level and drive change with the IT division.
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for the company and its subsidiaries in compliance with IFRS or other relevant standards.
- Engage as a key finance stakeholder in cross-functional groups and provide ad hoc financial analysis and investigations as needed.
- Oversee accurate and prompt reporting of government taxes and monitor financial performance indicators, trends and variances.
- Coordinate with senior management on treasury / cash flow requirements of the team and ensure regulatory and reporting compliance; implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with top management on regulatory and reporting requirements and ensure compliance with local / international regulations and MIDIs standard operating procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or any other relevant fieldCPA or CFA requiredMinimum 4 years of experience in a similar roleStrong analytical skillsProven understanding of financial evaluation and strategyExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsJob Information
