Location Dubai Job Requirements Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor s degree preferred Minimum of 1 2 years of experience in customer service or support roles Experience in the ridehailing or transportation industry is a plus Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in using CRM tools and support software Multilingual abilities e g Arabic Hindi Urdu or Tagalog are highly advantageous Behavioral Traits Customerfocused with a positive attitude Empathetic and patient when dealing with driver concerns Detailoriented with strong organizational skills Proactive in identifying and addressing issues Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with ridehailing apps and related technologies Basic knowledge of Dubai s taxi and ridehailing regulations Previous experience in driver or customer support roles
