Job Summary

We are looking for technicians with experience in MEP and HVAC systems within the hotel apartment, holiday homes, or facilities management industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and heating systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, inefficiencies, and breakdowns.
• Test HVAC systems for proper operation after repairs or installation.
• Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems.
• Proven experience in managing maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with the unique operational needs of hotel apartments or holiday homes.

Education : Diploma or technical certification in HVAC systems or a related field.
