As Housekeeping Intern , you will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in the housekeeping area, learning at different levels of responsibility, and working with a team. You will also provide excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver excellent guest service by anticipating needs and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain and clean guests rooms including replenishing room supplies. Inform valets to collect guests clothes for laundry, dry cleaning or pressing.
• Adhere to Shangri-La room standards policy and maintain the public and general areas.
• Report any maintenance-related issue to the Housekeeping Department.
• Work with hotel colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
• Be prepared to assist other Shangri-La colleagues / departments in a thoughtful manner.
• Empathetically listen to client queries / complaints and work with colleagues / management to find solutions.
