Senior Marketing Manager - UAE

Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to oversee marketing strategies related to restaurants, promotions, and data science.

Responsibilities

  • Restaurant Marketing :

Develop joint marketing plans with key restaurant partners to enhance customer engagement.

  • Implement best practices with commercial teams for campaign launches.
  • Create marketing templates based on past campaign performance.
  • Manage the restaurant promotion calendar in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Promotions :

    • Manage cross-functional growth promotions for existing customers.

  • Develop strategies to acquire new customers and increase platform engagement.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Data Science :

    • Use data insights to inform marketing strategies.

  • Forecast campaign outcomes based on historical data.
  • Identify market trends and customer behaviors.
  • Implement data-driven initiatives to optimize ROI.
  • Team Management :

    • Lead and mentor a Senior Marketing Associate.

  • Foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Coordinate with CRM, digital media, and brand teams for media planning and creative execution.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration :

    • Work closely with product, operations, and finance teams to align marketing efforts.

    Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience.
  • Experience managing campaigns in complex structures.
  • Team management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
