WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Performs work-site inspections (sewage network investigations and repairs) on activities performed by Suez or by Others, and ensure their compliance with established procedures.
• Lead project to optimize the process of the works carried on directly by Suez and identify ways to improve the works performed by others.
• Establish technical reports as required by the project teams and the client.
• Liaise with the relevant team members to gather progress indicators, and then prepare and present the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to the project management team and client.
• Seek means of optimizing project results and submits solutions to the project manager.
• Support the local teams in proposing REX documents, either concerning technical issue or related to the improvement in the management system.
• Update Management Manual when needed.
• Supervise the Management System and ensure it complies with requirements of SUEZ standard, UAE regulation, or ISO requirements.
• Monitor non-conformity, claims, improvement, and closeout of corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure that the Actions Plans are properly fed, reviewed, updated, and closed.
• Prepare and follow up technical assessments or audits performed on the different work areas.
• Participating wherever / whenever possible in defining safe work practices to promote Health and Safety on the job.
• Authorized to stop any activity presenting a serious and imminent danger.
• Announce all dysfunctions particularly those concerning quality field.
• Develop and expand people capabilities by regular and comprehensive feedback on Management system.
