We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of school operations The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a School Operations Manager Facilities Manager or Health Safety Officer and be ready for immediate joining by November 13 Key Responsibilities Oversee daily school operations including administration facilities and student services Ensure compliance with health safety and security regulations Manage maintenance repairs and facilities management tasks Coordinate with teachers staff and external vendors for smooth school operations Monitor budgets expenses and resource utilization Implement and enforce school policies and standard operating procedures Support senior management in planning and executing operational improvements Prepare reports on operational performance incidents and maintenance schedules Requirements Proven experience as a School Operations Manager Facilities Manager or Health Safety Officer Strong organizational leadership and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Knowledge of school administration systems and facilities management Available for start on November 13
