Role Overview:

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating growth across high-potential customers both existing and new.

What you’ll do:

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within your vertical.

• Identify and seize new business opportunities, winning new logos and expanding market share.

• Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, positioning JATO as the go-to partner.

• Proactively engage customers to uncover growth potential and deliver tailored solutions.

• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to create demand and secure high-value meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute account management strategies to achieve growth and retention targets.

• Acquire new customers (logos) as per vertical sales expectations.

• Develop subject matter expertise (SME) in JATO’s automotive solutions.

• Build and maintain customer relationships; identify growth opportunities through proactive engagement and marketing support.

• Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to drive new business meetings and expand networks within allocated accounts.

• Create and manage Business Development Plans for assigned accounts to meet sales targets.

• Manage sales pipeline in CRM, including lead generation, forecasting, and development opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Solid consultative sales experience with proven, measurable success in new and existing business within a Data, Software, or SaaS environment.

• Strong understanding of the difference between value-add solutions and commodity sales, with the ability to articulate a clear value proposition.

• Knowledge of structured sales qualification methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC).

• Demonstrable expertise in both New Business Sales and Account Management.

• Commitment to delivering top-level customer service and relationship management.

• Ability to handle complex concepts with a high level of competence.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Arabic language skills highly desirable.

• High level of IT proficiency for mainstream business applications.

Excellent working knowledge of:

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or similar, e.g., Salesforce).

• Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook.
