Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution :

Coordinate corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions from conception to completion

Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships

Oversee venue selection, catering, and logistics

Client & Stakeholder Management

Liaise with clients to understand event objectives and requirements

Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional materials

Manage guest lists and RSVPs

On-Site Coordination

Supervise event setup and ensure smooth execution

Troubleshoot issues in real-time

Ensure compliance with UAE event regulations

Technology & Tools

Must know : Event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite, etc.)

Proficient in MS Office (Excel for budgets, PowerPoint for proposals)

Familiarity with virtual event platforms (Zoom Events, Hopin)

Post-Event Evaluation

Gather attendee feedback and prepare reports

Analyze event success metrics (ROI, engagement rates)

Maintain event archives for future reference

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field

5+ years of event coordination experience (UAE / GCC preferred)

Proven track record of managing large-scale events (500+ attendees)

Exceptional Organizational And Multitasking Skills

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
